CBSE NEET Exam 2017 OMR Sheet Declared
NOTIFICATION
Consequent upon the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP nos. 16307/2017 & 16311/2017 dated 12.06.2017, the Central Board of Secondary Education shall complete the following remaining steps for preparation and declaration of result:
1. DISPLAY OF IMAGES OF OMRs AND RESPONSES TO THE QUESTIONS:
The images of OMR Answer Sheets andResponses to the questions marked by the candidates who had appeared in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG), 2017 will be displayed for challenges by the candidates, only for two days instead of three days as mentioned in Information Bulletin.
The schedule of display of OMR Answer Sheets and Responses will be as follows:
Display of OMR Sheets & Responses of the Questions 13/06/2017 onwards 13/06/2017 (Tuesday) to 14/06/2017 (Wednesday till 05.00 p.m.)
2. DISPLAY OF ANSWER KEYS
The Answer keys of NEET-UG 2017 will also be displayed for challenges by thecandidates only for two days instead ofthree days as mentioned in Information Bulletin.
The schedule of display of keys will be as follows:
Display of Answer Keys 15/06/2017 (Thursday) to 16/06/2017 (Friday till 05.00 p.m.)
3. METHOD OF CHALLENGE:
The candidates can check the scanned Images of their OMR Sheet & Answer Keys by logging into their account usingtheir user ID (Registration No.) and Password on NEET website. The candidates willing to challenge the responses of their OMR sheet and answers prepared by CBSE may do so by paying a fee of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per response/per question challenged as explained in the Information Bulletin - 2017 available on NEET website. Only onlinechallenges within the stipulated period and with applicable fee will be considered. Fee paid will be refunded to the candidate if his/her challenge is accepted by the CBSE.
4. CANDIDATES MAY PLEASE NOTE:
It has been observed by CBSE that candidates make changes/alterations in the downloaded copies of the OMR Sheets and claim that their OMR Sheets have been tampered with by CBSE. This act of false claim by candidates is covered under unfair practices in Rule 9.1(k) & (l) of Chapter 9 of Information Bulletin. If it is found that any candidate is making such falseclaims, he/she will be debarred from appearing in future NEET-UG Examinations as per rules. The candidates and parents are advised to check and download the copies of OMR Sheets themselves. The decision of the CBSE in the matter of challengesto the responses marked by the candidates & Answer Key shall be final.
NEET 2017 OMR sheet, here’s how to check it
Step 1: Visit the official website – cbseneet.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on OMR sheet and answer keys flashing on the right side of page
Step 3: Read the instructions carefully
Step 4: Go back to the homepage and click on OMR challenge.
Step 5: A new page will open. Enter your login details
